Personal History

I am very proud to say I am a Colorado native. I had the great privilege to grow up in Breckenridge, Colorado from the age of five. This allowed me to find a love for the outdoors and the Colorado mountain lifestyle at an early age. I attended the University of Colorado at Boulder for my undergraduate education and the University of Denver for my graduate training. I moved to the Vail Valley in early 2014 to fulfill a dream of returning to the mountains to live, work, and play. My husband and I live in the Vail Valley with our dog, Carter, and feel fortunate to call this close-knit mountain community home.

The Vail Valley is very special because it offers access to the beautiful natural surroundings that are the playground for some of my favorite activities including skiing and hiking. More importantly, the people of this community make this Valley exceptional. I am filled with gratitude for the opportunity to serve this community through my therapy practice, group facilitation, and various volunteer roles.
