I am a licensed therapist, which means that I am highly trained, have earned a clinical Master’s degree, completed two internships supervised by licensed practitioners, and passed the state board exam. In addition, I completed post-graduate supervised training in hospitals and in the outpatient private practice setting. I am passionate about helping others cultivate joy and vitality through mindful action, personal exploration, and promoting fulfilling relationships.
