Couples and Family Therapy

Couples therapy/relationship therapy and family therapy is healing and productive because it allows multiple people impacted by unhelpful patterns and dynamics to come together to be heard and to be part of making changes. Whenever we are in relationship (which is pretty much all the time) problems are experienced by everyone connected to that relationship. Recognizing the problem as one that is best solved as a couple or family opens up possibilities for change that cannot be accessed in individual therapy.
